I`m sure, I do, PJ! Although, it isn`t the kind of book I usually read, but, you wrote so much about it in your thread here, that I`m looking forward to it, and can`t wait till it arrives, so I can start reading it!

WOW that arrived pretty quickly, didn't it? I like to hear that. So far Amazon has been wonderful about getting my readers books to them!
I'm told my writing is pretty visual. I think that might be because I'm so movie oriented. One of my reviewers said I present sensurround too LOL. All of htem so far seem to wish they could have Al and DeDe in their circle of friends. That tells me the characters are well liked. Can't ask for much more than that!
I'm really happy to be here at the castle. I can count on accurate news about Nick here. I can see pictures I've never seen here AND best of all I'm in great company of folks who also like him. I'm flattered and pleased you like having me here.
I'll be anxious to hear what you thought of it, when you're done. Thanks so much!

I, certainly, will tell you, when I`m done with it, PJ! But, so far, I can only agree with those, who said that about Al and DeDe! As I already mentioned it, I`m, usually, not much into reading thrillers (as I`m more into fantasy/magick/supernatural-genre), but, your book has the perfect combination of thriller, humour, supernatural/spiritual aspects and heart, that I really enjoy, reading it, and imagine the characters interact together! :=)

Allright! I`m just finished reading, and, here is my little review (hope, it helps, to get more readers read this book):
I liked reading it from the start! Althought, I knew a bit from what was written in this topic, I was drawn to the maincharacter from the beginning! It was so wonderful to read, how DeDe and Alessio met, how they slowly form their friendship and love, how DeDe reacted so sensible towards Al and his visions, which gets even more intense and worse from time to time, and by helping him, warn the people and getting through all this! She really helped him to understand and to deal with this premonitions! But, it wasn`t thrilling all the time, as there were times of fun, laughter and good times, too! To me, this book has the perfect balance of fun, romance, love, sadness and thrill! I even cried at the end, how it turned out! I`m not an avid reader, as I`m more into movies (especially Nic-movies), so I recognized a lot of similarities (if it was intented or not) to some scenes or quotes from some of Nic`s movies! So, it was an extra fun for me, to read it! I def recomment this book to everyone, who likes a good story full of romance, fun, love, but also thrill and tension! If I had to rate this book, I would give it a 10/10! Well done, PJ! Thank you, for beeing a part of our Cagealot Family and sharing your awesome talent with us!

Thank you so much for the review, Lady Roxanne. I'm so happy you liked the book. I certainly enjoyed writing it. I've fallen in love with Alessio, he's the best character I've ever created and -- in spite of his having to deal with the visions -- a real sweetheart of a man.
Thank you.

My pleasure! Glad, you like my review, PJ! And, I agree with you: Alessio is a real sweetheart (as Nic is!) You made the right decidion to choose the best actor as your inspiration for your hero!

I actually have Nic represented in my favorite genres. Thrillers (The magarelli series), Horror (Mark in Inherit the Moon), Sci Fi (The Galaxy according to Phaser Spangles), the only one of my favorites I haven't come up with is Fantasy as yet. Have to think about that one.
But there are a LOT of my faves in The Magarelli Series. Nick, of course as Alessio. Toni is Steve Carell, Rosa is Zoe Dechannel, Buckman is Jeremy London (younger), DeDe is Angela Basset, everyone has an actor behind them.
Because I am SO movie oriented, I tend to cast my writing. It helps me to see it better.
Now it's on to EPIPHANY. I half way through the first set of edits. Expect to have it out by late summer.
Nick is wonderful to work with. He's multi faceted, and he's so amazingly thorough as an actor. No matter what the role is he gives it his full attention. I like that about him.

Sounds really NIComendously NICxiting! I agree with you! He is such a versatile and eclectNIC actor, that it must be such a joy, to integrate him in your books from different genres in so many NICtastic ways! Looking forward to the release of the second part! Can`t wait!

EPHIPHANY is awaiting format approval so I can order my Proof copy for editing. I have this one slated for late Summer. But it is now offically in the final stages before release!
Here's the 'blurb' for EPHIANY:
Following the traumatic events of the previous fall -- when natural disasters forever changed the landscape of Chicago -- Alessio finds himself getting on with his life, just glad to be alive. He has his family, his beautiful wife DeDe Jakande-Magarelli, and his protective feline, Asaad.
His song-writing block lifted, he’s enjoying success writing his own music at long last. Sol, his mentor and owner of the ill-fated Twilight Time Lounge has plans for a new club, and Al’s life is full of anticipation. The only hitch on that front is the auditioning and hiring a new chanteuse. In spite of his usually kind nature and having not gotten over the loss of his beloved friend Connie Denari, Alessio goes on the defensive.
Things heat up when Al begins to pick up on images of violent serial murders occurring in the wounded remains of the city -- vicious bloody attacks leaving the psychic reeling in the wake of their violence.
Being who he is, he voluntarily begins to work with police detectives to help capture the killer thus putting himself in the role of ‘target’. It’s a race to see which will crack first: the case or Alessio Magarelli.
Here's the final cover for EPHIANY:

Thank you so much! The proof copy arrived yesterday! I'm still looking at end of summer as it's going through another edit now. While that's happening, I'm working on FATHOM. I'm already a prologue and three chapters into that one. I'm having so much fun getting Al into trouble.

Epiphany is available through Amazon.com. Book 2 in the Magarelli Series is out! Weighing in at 386 pages!
Next Stop FATHOM
I will be writing the third book in the Magarelli Series during the month of November. It's my project for this year's NaNoWriMo challenge. 50,000 words in 30 days. I expect it to go longer than 50,000 words. I'm predicting probably about 65,000 to 70,000 for this one.
Sorry I haven't been around much, I've been so busy with a move and of course, writing.

Thank you so much! This one is a tough read. Alessio is picking up on a serial killer. But there's some happiness in this one as well. You'll get to know our Italian Tenor a lot better, his family, his friends...
