Question of the day: What part of a favorite movie do you refuse to watch?

Actually, this question doesn`t come from me. I found it on that blog:

http://www.flickfilosopher.com/blog/2012/06/question_of_the_day_what_part_1.html#axzz1z017WR

I found this question very interesting. Personal, I have a few scenes, that I tend to skip, when I watch them, like in SOTW, the scenes at the beginning, where they execute the accused witches. hide

That was interesting to read at the link, Roxie, and the comments too. Also an interesting question. I can think of lots of scenes I would avoid in movies I have seen if I were to watch them again, but not in any of my favourites. I think if there is a part that disturbs or irritates me that much I just won't watch it again.

I personally, would not want to watch Cedric Diggory get murdered by Wormtail in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

In fact, I own all of the Harry Potters on audio book and when the audio comes up relating to Cedric's death, I press fast forward!

Thanks, Lady T.! To me, it always depends on the mood. Sometimes, I`m fine with a scene, that I usually skip, and sometimes, I just skip them (although, I know, that it`s important for the movie, I watch). But, that scene from SOTW, I described, I skip always, because, it`s aweful to see, what they do to this women!

@Gina: Thank you, for sharing it with us. Yes, that scene isn`t a nice one! How Wormtail killed him unscrupulously, because his master Voldemort commanted it!
