What are Nicolas Cage’s 5 Best Action Movies? In honor of the release of his latest film, Seeking Justice, (which you can win below!), here are our favorites!
#5 – Con Air. Firmly in the so-bad-it’s-good camp, this is one of those films that, if you run across it on TV, you find yourself getting inexplicably drawn into it.
#4 – The Sorcerer’s Apprentice – Although the film didn’t do all that well at the box-office, this family-friendly fantasy romp is quite a bit of fun, and it’s lighter fare than most of Cage’s action oeuvre.
#3 – Kick Ass. While he’s only a supporting role in the film, there’s no denying that this teen superhero flick is a — pardon the pun — kick ass action flick!
#2 – National Treasure 1 & 2. Both of these films are a ridiculous amount of fun, and Cage’s quirky personality fits his character to a T. A great double feature.
#1 – The Rock. Without a doubt, this Michael Bay action film has it all. Explosions, action, and Sean Connery. Plus, cage has never been better!
