Granted, not an easy question to answer, as once again our fave thesp has given us epNIC range and demonstrated his eclectIC talents in 2011!

We fans have been treated to no less than four CAGEtastic Nic movies this year:

SEASON OF THE WITCH

DRIVE ANGRY 3D

TRESPASS

JUSTICE 

(apologies to members who have not seen justice yet)

 

As 2011 comes to a close, the question is:

WHAT IS YOUR FAVE NIC MOVIE OF THE YEAR?

Well I haven't seen justice yet, so I can't vote on that but if I would make a rang it would be like this:

1.Drive angry> becouse I saw it in cinema and it was awesome

2.Season of the witch> realy realy close to drive angry

3.Trespass> good but not special

Well,  Season of the Witch, because, it hints at inners emotions, as well as the complete prospects of mysticism.  It evokes a change in acceptance in what people regarded as very real for many centuries, fear-- the devil, & hope in a very brave savior. Thats real, & real romance.

I am not ashamed to say, mystacism & belief are very real for me,

even to this day!!

Don't forget to vote as well as post, people! Am I the only one?

I voted for Drive Angry because I loved the 3-D, and Nic was so cool, and hot, and the more I have seen it the more I like it, actually. I had a hard time deciding between it and Season of the Witch though.

No I have voted on drive angry to :)

And yeah I was doubtfull between SOTW and Drive aangry to, but drive angry is just one hell of a movie ^^

This is such a tough one for me, because the range is so wide isn't it! and Nic is tops in them all. Drive Angry ws a thrill ride,not onlythe movie but Nic appearing in a movie like that...very cool and baaaadd and yet...a hero! and a ghost no less!!

But then, Season Of The witch, Sir Nicolas as a knight, the themes being addressed, teh landscape the castles the Wizard Of Oz like forests..

and then we get a really intimate intense and close up almost stage like thriller in Trespass..and I am one of the lucky ones who got to see Justice already which is all kinds of awesome, flashes of a past Mr Cage and new elements too, an emotional intensity that i have not seen perhaps before..perhasp in 8 MM...oooh it is a tough one ...

so for me ..and this is really making myself split hairs..because I am a total wuss when it comes to bloody violence, not Drive Angry...and because I think between the 2 thrillers I prefer Justice a glimmer of a shade more than Trespass..it has to be between SOTW and Justice..which seems a riNICulous choice as they are so different...but becaue i am a queen of a castle and Sir Nicolas Is Our Knight... and there is a gorgeous castle in it, i guess it has to be Season Of The Witch! and heck, the movie was highly underrrated in my opinion. beautifully shot, a saga of a storyiine, glorious cinematography of a stunning landscape, Nic as a knight..on a horse...as a self sacrificing hero.....and all the scary supernatural stuff...my vote goes to Season Of The Witch! knight

It`s a really hard to pick a fav, because, Justice I haven`t seen yet, and, even, I voted for drive angry, I have to say, that SOTW and Trespass are fascinating movies, too. :)

I suppose my vote wasn't entirely fair as I haven't seen all of the movies on Lula's wonderful list.

It's hard to pick a movie based on Nic's performance because he 'brings it' to each and every performance. 

So, in terms of Cinematography, Season of Witch was shot and shown beautifully.  I agree with Lula, SOTW was surely underated in my opinion.
