It is darker in that part of the movie, with  the dreams, the threats, the anger, poor Hi, he feels the tension and doesn't know how to control it, he needs release!

Those heightened motorbike, wind-whistling sounds are amazing in that sequence Lady True! They become almost like a dentist-drill and then turn into the mother screaming!

 Well,I'm not sure...he makes me think of the couple that came to Ed and H.I's house.I think,in some way they are their alter ego and anipodes at the same time...if that makes sense.I mean,they have a lot of children and I think for them it is quantity,not quality that matters. They don't take responsibilty of their kids,they're crossing tthe line morality and so do Ed and HI but in another way...  Anyone noticed the tattoo on smalls's arm,mom didn't love me,or what does it say?Perhaps his parents crossed that moral line,too and we can see who is, a fiend.

 interesting vc, i always enjoy your perspective! yes, the film really tangles up the moral lines!!

We have yet to discuss the most glorious scene in the movie, in my opinion!

It is impossible to watch the diaper chase scene without realizing Nic's comedic genius.

Love the chase scene with the dogs!  we have that posted here somewhere! the part when the chained up dog  (is it a doberman?) jumps up to his face, i have paused that..it looks real at it is very close!
