I completely agree Floderstarke. it is totally mystifying! And this is the ultimate teasse isn't it?!!
why is a film with a mega star such as Nicolas Cage not getting more internationally inclusive press? and it would be staggering to say the least if it were only released in Italy! Let's hope that is not the case, because I really want to see Nic in this role more than ever now!
Yeah i totally agree with you about that, they couldn´t be teasing us more.
but i dont think its only coming in italian. there are two other realease dates. one in denmark and one in sweden. the one in sweden is a dvd release date. there both in december. i guess that´s not the best stragety if you want a movie to be succesfull.

And give my special thanks to Nemo @answers.yahoo.com, our Italian friends are awesome
The second one( hope this helps)
The inscription means: "From 2 September in every cinema."
Then the voice says: The aggressor was paroled three weeks ago, we can deal with him ourselves." Then Nicolas Cage says: "go out from my life" then there is the inscription: "the rules...." and then Cage says "I gave up!" and then the inscription continues "...are made...." And the man says "come, I just want to talk to you" and the inscription ends with: "to be inrfinged" The title in the end is "Only for revenge"
I hope to have translated it in English as correct as possible! Ciao!

You are welcome mates, i'm so glad and appreciate that Italian friends do the translation without much difficultly. an resouceful Tues_manIc exist in Miss Resourceful's mind, lol..
I just read a new Description on a Italian site. Here´s the translation:
Will Gerard is a literature teacher in an American high school, happily married to a successful musician, Laura. The couple has a very normal home life, which revolves around evenings out, barbecue in the garden and Will's favorite pastime: chess matches with the principal of his school. Their serenity is suddenly shattered the night Laura, while leaving the recording studio, was the victim of a violent rape. Will, rushing to the hospital, nervously awaits news of his wife's condition when he was approached by a man who offers him the chance to avenge Laura and to take the law in an immediate way, without having to wait a long time trial. Having to make an immediate decision, and being totally desperate, Will agrees to the proposal, it being so caught up in a vicious spiral of events that led him gradually to lose control of his life.
The protagonists of revenge only (initially known as The Hungry Rabbit Jumps) are: Nicolas Cage, January Jones, Guy Pearce, Harold Perrineau and Jennifer Carpenter. Directed by Roger Donaldson from an original screenplay by Robert Tannen, film approdrà in Italian cinemas on September 2. Here's the trailer in Italian.

a hard stuggle? what is the definition of the words "seeking justice"? our inner being is calling for justice and feeling the need to bringing the guilty part to justice? Thank you for the details Floderstarke!!
