This is just a bit of fun! LOVE IT!!! LOL!!! Let's set sail! We'll all be his crew, tho he may have to whip us into shape! What a team! Where will we go? Just got back from my bike ride on the beach trail in Santa Monica - it was indeed a blustery day, and the sand was whipped up into a mist along the coast while the palm trees whipped around against the deep blue sky. The golden light of the sunset shining thru the sand mist made the landscape surreal, and the wind whipping against my skin and hair as I strove against it made me feel like a piratess! Wish you all could have been there - what a formidable posse of pirates we would have made! As I turned one corner there was a sweet little family -- mother, father and little princess all holding up bubble hoops and letting the wind make hundreds of rainbow bubbles of all sizes. It was magical! What a great memory they made for themselves to cherish, and for all of us too! __________________

I so agree White Fay, and ........ shiver me timbers! Lady Grace, you have captivated me in the pictures you have painted here, both the real life one and the imaginary one you have shared. I am there in your posse of piratesses, riding the tempestuous waves against a formidable night sky, Captain Nic astern...ahem. mastering his mast.. as the salty sea spray against our faces brings to life all our senses, eyes ever bright, under the guiding light, of the stars and the all present moon. yum. who will make pirate captain Nic a Cagealot Castle pirate hat?!! __________________

Arghh! Good morning, shipmates! Why didn't Disney give Nic a cameo in the pirate movies? He looks so handsome and dashing! ( : Would have loved to see him in the current 3-D one! __________________

Nic and Johnny Depp together would be sublime! This is why I was so thrilled by that brief moment where Milton had the skull and cross bones scarf as an eyepatch in Drive Angry... the hearest we've seen him to being a pirate..an undead pirate at that! __________________

Maybe Nic could direct that D.D. Home story "The Man Who Could Fly," and he and Johnny Depp could both appear in it? That would be, like, totally awesome, dudettes! __________________

Ah, yes, have you read Lula's piece about the possibility of Nic directing that movie, Lady Grace? Not that she mentioned Johnny Depp in the role, but she did mention that Houdini and Conan-Doyle could well be characters in the movie, since they were associated with Home. http://cagealotcastle.activeboard.com/t41488251/nicolas-cages-next-directorial-outing-the-man-who-could-fly/?r=307932 Here is Harry Houdini, I recommend Nic for this role.
