It does. These are so beautiful, so organic and yet exquisitely magical looking. I have heard somewhere the song of the hump backed whale, it is a moving experience.
Oh thank you, Lula, I enjoyed them very much. The whale song is thrilling, isn't it? So mournful and haunting. Someday I want to go on a whale watching trip, I would love to see them in the ocean. There are lots of whales around and boats to take you out, but I have never gone yet. I am not the best sailor, but it would be a amazing experience. Maybe we will go this summer.
I love the birds too, I don't think we have some of those birds here, so it was exciting for me to hear their song. Is the tit like a chickadee, it looks similar? And the skylark, pretty sure there is none here, but of course I have often heard of their beautiful song. And the nightingale too, that was really beautiful little trill. Which reminds me of the fairy tale about the nightingale and the king, which I loved when I was a little girl. I haven't thought of that in a long time, I must go and look it up.
And the dolphins, I hope you do get to meet some dolphins some day, Lula, I would like to myself. They sound quite musical, don't they?
That was a nice bedtime treat, thank you, Faery Queen!
Hello! Both you ladies of the castle are very welcome .. I am so glad the art and the nature ssounds resonated with you!
Wow Meg.. go for it! and we will look forward to hearaing all about your experience!
I know what you mean about the whale song being mournful..for me it feels like a deep ancient sound, something profound and powerful and beyond the limited human comprehension, something awesome in it's truest sense , majesticand bigger than us and gloriously beyond the control of humans who want to control everything..it is a spiritual sound for me!
and well, there are different kinds of tits! the most common one often tapping at my window is the blue tit!
Lady lavish, you paint? how wonderful! the dolphin art seems to scintillate, as if light is radiating off those petal like forms!
