I tend to think Alice dresses too severe or plain for her age.  She's got a great body and that long, luscious hair.  I'd love to see fashions like these on her.....

I like that third one over, Lady F, very frou frou. Yeah, Nic in black and Alice in white would be very snappy. Here are some black and/or whites that I like, I think the sheath is gorgeous.

How about this for a gala affair? Thandie Newton wore this to the BAFTAs, I think it is gorgeous, I do love  vibrant colours too.

That particular shade of lavendar has always been one of my favorites.  It's almost a perwinkle!  And I love the third black and white gown you posted, Lady T.  Also, the raspberry floral.  Soft, impressionistic florals seem to be the rage right now.  It's why I posted the cocktail dresses I did.  Alice is young enough to go flirty and to show off her legs.  They make a smart couple when all cleaned up!  LOL!

Alice got written up in a fashion blog last summer when she wore that gorgeous blue dress to the SA premiere in New York, I remember reading that it was extremely hot and thinking that was the perfect dress.

It was a great choice for her....that gorgeous shade of blue reminded me of the cool, soothing ocean.  Plus, it was kinda free form....not confining.  For a hot day, perfect!

I agree, Alice looks great in a mini, I was looking for a pic of that striking outfit she wore in China but can't seem to find it now. With the gold trim and shoes.

I think that this particular shade of deep heather would look fantastic on Alice with her long black hair......I like the dress too....but the gloves are overkill.....course for a diva.....lol!

Yep, it's Demi Moore.  I remember how I loved the dress.  With me.....I have never been into frou frou.....I just didn't have the body for it....so it comes down to some exquisite detailing in the dress.....some embroidery perhaps, a splash of color, an interesting neckline.   I find all the stapless dresses out there today to be boring.  What ever happened to some gorgeous detailing on a sweetheart neckline or at the waist?

that cerise dress is gorgeous Lady Fay, the Thandie Newton one! i would lend Alice my Daisy Dukes and flame stillettos but guess i will be wearing those !chortle
i cant help thinking of Rebekah's dress for the Season Of The Witch premiere she looked so beautiful.
