Happy Greetings, everyone! I've been a Nicolas Cage fan ever since my mom bought me National Treasure on DVD, so it was the first Nicolas Cage movie I've ever watched and I've never been the same since! My mom had bought it for me because she knew I was a big Disney/Pirates of the Caribbean fan and she thought it would be something I would like. My mom knows me so well it's scary sometimes... Anyway, I'm so glad I found this site! I actually thought about making my own Nicolas Cage forum since Nicolas Cage fans are hard to find these days, but then I found this awesome forum and I just had to join it! Thanks for making this such a cool site for Nicolas Cage fans to hang out at. __________________

Hi Quasie89 and a warm to the I am glad you found us too, thanks for joining us here in the land of Cagealot! Your Mum is clearly rather awesome, good move Mum! Being a a National Treasure fan you must be as keen as I am to hear some news on NT3and found out what Ben Abigail and Riley have all been up to?!! Lol, Nic fandom is as strong as ever, you will def find a few die hard Cage fans hanging around these Castle chambers....a pleasure to meet another Hope you enjoy yourself here. I heard a long time ago that they were going to make it but I haven't heard anything about it in awhile and I'm also curious to see how Ben's relationship with Abigial is going. I would also love to see Riley get some success with his newfound love interest. And it's good to know that they're are still plenty of Nic fans around. Ooh yes, Riley did finally score in the end in Book Of Secrets...perhaps his new love will accompany them on the next adventure?! indeed, there was lots of talk about National Treasure 3 at one point, with mentions of it going more international still and even of Atlantis... it was confirmed the writers were working on it http://cagealotcastle.activeboard.com/index.spark?aBID=136656&p=3&topicID=39213578 and in a chat with Diane Kruger on Twitter summer 2010 she confirmed to me she'd seen and liked the script (we also talked about what a great character Abigail Chase is) but since then.....all has been quiet on the NT3 front! __________________

Sounds awesome! I think a National Treasure Movie centered around the epic legend of Atlantis has a possiblity to make the third one even better than the first two. Now you've got me even more eager to hear some more news about the movie! __________________

Agreed! let's wave a magic wand for some news soon! Nic is pretty busy though, not sure he woud fit it in any time soon, and Jerry Bruckheimer is all about Pirates Of The Carribean at the mo! __________________

There has been quite a few interviews with Diane Kruger lately, and in one she says she hasn't heard anything about NT3, but that she would love to do it. I read it last week but now I can't find it. Perhaps it is on the back burner for now, but I remain hopeful, those movies were so popular! Surely the studio will want to keep up such a profitable franchise for them. __________________

Oh, Pirates of the Carribbean is another one I'm looking forward, too, of course! Though I'm a bit worried about it because it has a new director and I'm not for sure if it'll be as good without Gore Verbinski at the helm. There's going to be no Elizabeth or Will, either, so I'm kind of worried how they're going to keep an entertaining plot going without them, but I m still looking forward to it. Hopefully once it's released in theaters we'll be hearing some news about NT3. Aslo, thank you very much for the warm welcome as well, Kelsey!
