FOR NICOLAS CAGE, ‘FAST TIMES’ WEREN’T NECESSARILY GOOD TIMES

For nearly three decades, Academy Award-winner Nicolas Cage has been entertaining the world with movies like “The Rock,” “National Treasure,” “Leaving Las Vegas,” “Raising Arizona,” and many more.

If you’re a big fan, you might remember that his first movie was one of the most-loved comedies of the ’80s, “Fast Times At Ridgemont High,” which helped launch the careers of Oscar winners Sean Penn, Forest Whitaker, and writer/director Cameron Crowe.  Cage, though, doesn’t have particularly fond feelings for “Fast Times.” (Click on the audio player to hear Nicolas Cage) Nicolas Cage is currently starring in the movie “Season Of The Witch,” playing now in theaters nationwide.

Interesting..if slightly bizarre little clip there Lady True! Bizarre in that it seems out of context? Is this a recent interview and I wonder where the rest of the interview went?! Good quotes in there by the way! 'baptisim of fire' ....sounds like it was extra tough for Nic in the v
beginning, the opposite in fact of how people paint it.

Thank you for posting Meg! starry
