Why do people like ask A/H/W(age/height/weight) to start a conversation? I don't think the former two are privacies but the last one is - I am not a kid any longer.

Oh yeah, a friend told me she always get those at chatroulette, it is very ridiculous to ask something like that. Why would you have to know someone's age or height to be friends and indeed weight is the stupist one of them all. Just ignore, stupid people.

I just watched one of the "movie news" shows in german. They had also reviews of the newest movies. And, of couse, GR-SOV was on. And, they gave a really bad review! They say, that the first one was bad, and the second one is worse, but the action is kind of ok. (in their opinion). They say, that he makes those bad movies, because he needs that money to repay his depts (bla, bla, bla). And, that GR is also a bad movie. (Of course, everyone here knows, that this isn`t true). And, they also showed, how his hairdoes changed over the years. Wtf, does they always make such a fuzz of his hair? They really don`t get it! Why does they always say such stupid things about him! I really thought, they would make a positive review of that movie! At first, I was really happy, because I thought, this would be good, but I got disapointed!  I hate those Nic-haters!

Lady R and Lady T, you are sooooo right on, regarding this issue.  They just don't get it.  Better yet, I think they just don't want to 'get it'. 

But, as i've said before, most moviegoers could care less about what critics say.  The critics panned the Twilight movies, but yet and still, the movies made millions at the box office.  And most didn't like either Ghost Rider, but the first was profitable, which brought us the 2nd Ghost Rider, and this one will also be very profitable, which will hopefully spawn a 3rd GH, with Nic Cage in the driver's seat as well.

I totally agree with you all! Maybe, the job description for movie-critics seems to include the "rule": Make as much bad reviews as possible! lol And, yes, indeed eva, he is really unique! :)

And, probably, they should just read the essay from Lula, with the "Nic myth deconstructed", then they hopefully would get it!

It sucks...There is no such junk on my telly because Nic is marvellously loved by SARFT of China and CCTV lol. Anyway, being a Cagiac is a noble thing, so I don't hate those naysayers who only have eyes for critics(as what I learned from an old interview yesterday) you just have nothing to do with Nic detractors, since we even don't have a clue about when did they land on our planet, but there is no law against the existence of them. In my opinion, Nic has gone from huge-success-to-titanic-success in his three decades movie career, it turns out that Nic's prodigious performance has been striking a chord with both the terrans and extraterretrials. Lo and behold, I do think Nic is a complete knockout and honeypot in any hairstyles he have chosen. There are many money-hungers in this world, but it holds no ground that Nic is among them. If I recall correctly, Nic haters even say Nic want to get lots of publicity from doing humanitarian work
