Friends, I love them!

 happy it`s the weekend

Grateful for precious moments with loved ones
and making new memories

Having always been a complete technological egit I am managing to teach myself, a little bit, how to use powerpoint and photoshop, and feel inspired that i am learning something new!!! You can do some incredible things on there , watch out Nic Cage as Everyone!!!
....also, I have realised that these technologies are wonderfully creative!!!!

It is more brain work than fun yet Lady true, but it is unfolding in ways where i can see the potential...i am just overjoyed to be able to play like this....i have not been able to do so many things for years because of my health condition and feel privileged you know!!!! it feels kind of miraculous and wild!!!

thanks Lady True, i just feel... I feel it is always worth remembering all the miraculous everyday things we all take for granted, it is a great meditation in every moment...rather than focussing on lack! it is so easy to get caught up in that rather then seeing the gloriousness of everythig right here and now! and here endeth my sunday sermon, lol sorry!

I've been really getting back into playing guitar! :D

After a month of over-intellectualising and a phd proposal (now finished, save bibliography) it's felt so good to do something manual with my arms and fingers, which evokes the spirit before the brain.
