I had to find this "Moonstruck" thread because I felt really bad that I wasn't able to contribute properly to our film club discussion on "Moonstruck" this past Sunday because I hadn't watched "Moonstruck" in years! "Moonstruck" aired later that evening and I was able to reminesce on just how wonderful the movie is and how incredible (even back then as a young actor) Nic is. The one MAJOR factor that stood out for me that I wish I could have mentioned in the film club discussion is how amazing his New York/Italian accent was!!! Nic gets a bad wrap because he's not able to nail accents properly but MAN, I'm telling you, he was dead on with his accent and so believable!!! I think I fell in love more with that accent than the character!!! Nic was deliciously awesome in "Moonstruck" and I'm so glad I had a chance to see it again!!! 2 THUMBS UP!!! __________________ Whoop, Whoop!!!!
