Not sure if these could be called adorations but they are Nicolas Cage haiku and some of them quite clever!! Plus. it is really NICe to revisit this thread

I am not sure about how a haiku goes.. I mean if there is a rule of how many words you can use?

Other wise here is one :)

I was thinking of leaving Las Vegas today, it is based on Nic and the woman in it so, I hope I did it like a good haiku :)

These are fantastNIC eva and Flo! really very good and thanks for getting into the spirit! starry

Eva..the haiku is a technically far more complicated and beautiful poetic form than i can explain, but the common popularised way to do haiku is a 3 lines non rhyming poem,  the first line with 5 syllables, the second with seven syllables and the third line wth 5 syllables. there are also other 'rule' to do with what shoudl eh included for example they ahould refer to a season) BUT those 'rules' are really not technically accurate in terms of 'authentic ' adn original haiku traditions.....just a guideline...and in my humble opnion, as with all guidelines there to be broken especially when it comes to art which is the ultimate freedom of expressioin! so i  love your haiku, especailly your Leaving Las Vegas one, truly love it!

Thank you for telling me, good to know! So, it doesn't realy matters if it is all according the rules, I think that is good :) I am glad you like it that movie realy touched me so I am glad that the haiku expressed it well :)

I also think everyones haikus here are wonderfull! All of 'em! I like this short kind of poems who don't realy rime but do have something!

I think the ones here about Nic are all special!
