It looks like from a magazine to me, too, Lula, because of the article-text written on the side. And, indeed, it could be around "wild at heart"! Really NIColicious! yummy

Judging by the info at the link they are calling it a poster, but it is a full page from a magazine, which has a date of 1997.  I would say they used a picture for the article which is older.
