I am guessing this is for the US / region 1 dvd? It is not available to preorder yet in the uk! I do hope it is not a limited release, but I will buy the import as well anyway

Nic mentioned he thought Trespass would be coming out in October however, according to my friends over at Box Office Mojo, there aren't any theatrical Domestic (American) release dates for both Trespass or Seeking Justice.  

Although, it just may also be, the Distribution and Production houses are still working out the details for the movies and I'M JUST BEING IMPATIENT - LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Though Tues_manIc and Lula, I am a bit disappointed that here in America, Trespass will only get a very short run in the theaters before it heads to DVD.  I agree, with 2 oscar winners, and amazing ones at that, how could you NOT want to see the movie!!!!  From the stills, Nic looks sooooooo delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

Hi Gina, we have been having a bit of a discussion about Trespass and it's release here, if you want to have a look. I, personally, am flabbergasted that it seems to be getting a limited release. I am hoping it has a theatrical opening here in my area, but I don't count on it. Thanks for posting the info, I look forward to this movie a lot!

I thought it was interesting that Joel Schumacher, director of Trespass, mentioned in the press interview yesterday (9/14) that Trespass would be released on VOD (video-on-demand) and not DVD in November.  I suppose we'll have to wait and see.

The Trespass DVD seems to be coming in two different combo formats:

1. Blu-Ray+DVD+Digital Copy

OR

2. DVD+Digital Copy

Both are released on 1 NOVEMBER and are available to preorder for Region A1 / 1 on Amazon.com now!

Hi Lady Arwen, there is no information currently available yet on the European dvd, or any other part of the world, that I can find.  I would also be interested to know how the VOD will work, and if it will be available internationally? especially as Trespass appears to be getting a limited release.

I am still ordering the region 1 copy because I have a multiregion player.
