Millennium picks up Schumacher pic

Nicolas Cage, Nicole Kidman star in thriller

Millennium Entertainment has acquired U.S. rights to Joel Schumacher's thriller "Trespass," starring Nicolas Cage and Nicole Kidman, and plans a fall release.

Pic also stars Ben Mendelsohn, Cam Gigandet and Liana Liberato.

Karl Gajdusek wrote the screenplay for "Trespass" for the Nu Image/Millennium Films project, produced by Avi Lerner, Trevor Short, Danny Dimbort, Irwin Winkler, David Winkler, Boaz Davidson, Rene Besson, and Matthew F. Leonetti Jr.

Story centers on a man who has everything -- a beautiful wife, a teenage daughter, a lavish estate -- and is confronted with the reality of losing it all when he and his family become the victims of a vicious home invasion.

"Trespass" is the fourth collaboration between Cage and Nu Image/Millennium following "Drive Angry," "The Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans" and "The Wicker Man."

Those are great news!! but i´d really like to see more photos especially a trailer for the movie.

I also wonder when we will finally hear something new about the Hungry Rabbit jumps, cant wait to see those movies.

I really appreciate Nic´s work so i think his next ones wil be as awesome as the last ones

Yes indeed, I think we would all agree about wanting to hear something, anything about Hungry Rabbit Jumps! ( if you have a look through this part of the forum, you will find a few topics on that! )

I don' t think we will have long to wait now for a TRESPASS trailer and more info, with the world premiere coming up in just s few weeks!

This is great news informing Trespass!  I think this movie will be a sleeper for the fall and could be a hit.  I would love to hear more info on Hungry Rabbit or At Any Cost now.  I think Hungry Rabbit will be much delayed like BL POCNO was a couple years ago since it has no set date and might interfere with GR2.  I think the next few films will be Nic's career comeback or straight to dvd films.  I hope Nic gets back the magic he once had.

Yes it is getting close now! There is plenty of time between now and Ghost Rider: Spirit Of Vengeance next February, for Hungry Rabbit Jumps too clc

Oh .........and in my opinion, Nic never went any where to need a comeback, and is more magical than ever right now! starry Sorry that you don't feel that way ! Also, i find it is best to live in the present. I hope Nic continues in the projects he is inspired to do, because His fans are  enjoying it right now!

I so agree! Nic is a wonderful actor who is very different then the normal actors of today or yesterday. He's one of a kind! A true to life actor who puts everything he has into his roles. Us FANS love it! Looking forward to all his upcoming movies. Can't wait. Nick Rules!

Very well said Meg and Nancy!starry I totally agree with you Nancy, whatever the role Nic plays he gives it his all, his dedication comes across by the way he transforms into the character so completely every single time..i may be imagining it but i feel like Nic is a very dedicated and intelligent man who would never be happy to give anything less then his absolute best, and i  think perhaps this adds to his authenticity and intensity as an actor, whether it be a more contained or out there performance.  

I am very very curious by the way as to his character in Trespass, aren't you all?! flowerface

That is just this weekend coming, whoohoo, hope there will be press coverage and pics for us! And do hope Nic is there. I've been looking forward to seeing Nic and Nic together!

I am curious about Nic's character in Trespass too, Lula, the story line we have seen so far is somwhat ambiguous, on purpose, I'm sure. We do know all is not as it seems at first, so it should be very suspenseful.

I think it is going to be scary in places and have that long drawn out thriller thing going on, in teh pictures we have seen the set looks like it has that claustrophobic feel to it, and maybe if the majorirty of the film happens in that one space it is going to have that intense, sustained intimacy that good thrillers have! hide

Those are kind of news i appreciate

It seems to me possible to see a Trailer in the next few days when they finally made a page for the film. And September seems like a good release date - only 2 month from now =)


BUT i can´t fucking wait to here more about the Hungry Rabbit i mean it´s kind of odd why dont they just at least show some more Pictures or Clips? It is still announced for this year so theres not much time to do it. I recently found this page here:

Here is your link live, Floderstarke. There were some other names thrown around for this movie awhile ago, but I don't recall 'Seeking Justice' being one of them. It just gets more and more intriguing, when will we see this movie?!!!
