This is something I have been savouring for about a year now, I watched it again today and thought, it needs to be shared! Poet Tanya Davis and filmmaker Andrea Dorfman are local artists and it was filmed here in Halifax. It has so much meaning for me and in my life history.

Solitude is a theme on my life from a different perspective having lived like a monk on retreat for years! stopping externalizing, distracting, and 'being alone'..and being..Freedom indeed..and then being alone or not being alone and being awesomely ok with that..realization ...(we are never alone everything is connected) liberation...
