I know that Nic plays a teacher and his wife is played by January Jones. She is attacked and he is then approached by a vigilante group to help him get revenge and he gets in over his head. Sounds good, I think, or potential for good, dark and tense maybe.
I posted a "piece" about how Hungry Rabbit Jumps would have a name change and this dissapoints me greatly. The new title sounds that of a generic thriller title would sound. I am really looking forward to this film but really loved the quirky title of Hungry Rabbit Jumps......sure it doesn't make sense persay but it is used as a metephor in my view. Still cant wait for the trailer and film to come out no matter what the title is.
Well, viewing a movie called 'Hungry Rabbit Jumps' could be confusing at Easter time.........
thanks for posting Lady T!
I agree with you Tues, ultimately the name matters not. But I think I prefer the original, because it is perhaps more abstract and obscure in relation to what the film could be about. I have to admit though, the title 'At Any Cost' has a huge amount of drama to it, which is immediately adrenalizing!
Here is the thread where you mentioned a possible name change clc. and where i noticed Nic was playing a school teacher White Fay!
I pefer the original title due to it being a metaphor for Nicolas' character in my view. The Hungry Rabbit is Nicolas and he will "jump" at the demand of the vigilante group to avenge the rape and beating his wife took in the film. The fact that they force him to kill in order for them to perform their task proves Nic will protect his wife "At Any Cost."
