It is a very hard thing to think of a proper gift for Nic. Many of the intangibles seem to have been already covered! Fortunately I have had this haunting song by Jim Croce buzzing around in my head lately, and it made me think about what a wonderful gift it would be if indeed we could put time in a bottle.

So here you go, Nic, to hang around your neck close to your heart, a bottle where time stops still. You can store your most precious memories there. Just touch the bottle and you can magically revisit them whenever you need to!
