WHOOP so glad you saw it meg!! so it's new to you too? i thought maybe i had missed it in my scatter brain way!
I want to meet this guy, what a cool interviewing concept. interviewing all Nic's characters. how cool would that be!
Alfred Molina was hilarious and Jon Tuteltaud cracked me up!! I loved what Nic said about loving everyone and we are all one .....:yeah starry

I never saw it before! But after I watched it I had a vague memory of someone talking to another interviewer about being freaked out by someone in a purple robe. Aha! Got it! It was in the Irish colleen's blog thingy, about when she interviewed Jerry Bruckheimer he was so relieved she was normal that he was nice to her!

Here it is Lula, from the One Night in 'Barthelona' - a Junket Diary that I posted elsewhere.

Jon Turtletaub was a likeable live wire who was thrilled he was speaking to someone "normal" - i.e. someone who wasn't dressed as a German transvestite witch (more on that in the Baruchel video. But, basically, there's a German journalist who likes to get dressed up as the characters from whatever film he's doing a junket for. I happened to sit beside him at lunch and got a shock when I noticed hairy feet poking out from a pair of silver stilettos)

I seriously loved this interview!  To Nic and all the other 'principals', it must be a breath of fresh air when they are asked questions or have an interviewer that actually does something DIFFERENT!   Spicey, eh?

How cool that you connected the dots Meg...she sounds less than enchanted though doesn't she! I agree completely with White Fay, the interviews must have become monotonous, Madame Ragu seems to be a welcome breath of fresh air! and girllll ....purple dress and silver stilletos? I love your style! blowkiss

By the way, anyone notice the similarity in names of Madame Ragu with our very own Dame Ragnelle?starry

Ahahaha, just watched it again, what a hoot! Love Bruckheimers face, not amused, right?

And the part where he asks Nic about the shoes, priceless!

There are other you tube interviews with Nic at that link, but they are in German, and the translator talks over Nic, unfortunately. But in one, you hear him say "Well it's always all about the women."

I am so glad to know that he understands that!

Was it:

a) Is it a cover up that the main characters in this movie are all male..and yet the entire reason for the story is driven by love and the female characters?

b) Would you say the Arthurian legends are actually driven by the female characters as in Marion Zimmer Bradley's 'The Mists Of Avalon?

c) What is your attitude towards liaisons in the bedroom with the fairer sex?

LOL. That was really an interesting and funny interview! Although, a little weird, too. But, they all were good sports and, maybe had a little fun, too. Thanks for posting it, Lula. :) The narrator said, that it`s about good vs evil. And, Nic said, that it was always about the women.

@Lady T.: Basically, the narrator gives a review of the movie, and in the interviews they talk about Goethe and about the movie. The cast talked about their characters and Jon Turteltaub said, that turning back time would be sometimes usefull.

Hope, that helped a little. :)
