After reading that peeps are having powerful dreams due to the lunar eclipse this week....I thought I'd share this dream that I had last night....It kept running thru my head like a loop last night. Seemed so real.
For some reason I was at a memorial service for Nic's grandmother (who just passed in reality). I was in the back of the room chatting amicably with his brother CRC and CRC's wife when I saw Alice come into the room followed by an entourage. She briskly walked ahead and sat down in a middle row with her group of people. Nic came into the room after her, slowly walking and carrying Kal (like we oft see him in pictures really do) and he then sat down in the first row sitting ramrod stiff and staring straight ahead, not talking to anyone. For some reason, James Franco was also in the dream and he gave a bit of an eulogy for Nic's grandmother. That's about it, other than the room was packed with people and it's was a very noisy group which made Nic's stoic demeanor seem even more out of place. There was even a big bar set up in the back of the room where people were standing around and talking.....including me with Nic's brother and sister-in-law........ Strange......
I hope Nic....in reality....has people to talk to about the loss of his grandmother. Sharing memories is the most healing thing to do in situations like these. Wherever you are Nic....God Bless.

Maybe reflective of the empathy you feel for Nic at this sad time in his life. Those kind of dreams do stay in your head when they are so realistic, don't they?
Yeah, I guess so. I just hate that in the dream, Nic was.....all alone. Then again....he was the one who sat himself apart from everyone else. I just got the overwhelming feeling of deep alienation and lonliness coming from him. I guess it was a sort of nightmare, actually.

thank you for sharing your dream with us White Fay, I have been having really intense dreams for a couple of weeks, a few have been Nic related, strange after not having any Nic dreams for so long! I guess it's unsurprising when we have been discussing and watching his movies so much lately...and especially with the sad news this week. I don't wish to project onto anyone else what their experience may be, and because i feel it's a private time, but losing a loved one is especially difficult at this time of year, and my healing thoughts go to Nic and the whole family.
Hopefully, if Nic ever were to feel alienated and isolated, he is able to remember that everyone is connected and noone is ever truly alone.
You're right Lady A............I would also like Nic to remember that he is never truly alone......nor are any of us. It sounds so..........pat.....but we truly are all connected. We just tend to fight that concept because we all have a sense of self preservation that inhibits us from.....letting others in.
Anyhoooooooooooooo..............My Christmas wish for everyone is that they don't feel alone this holiday season and that everyone remembers.....we are all connected.
