I ran across this essay about acting and found it quite interesting on it's own. But the article also uses Nic as an example in three of his movies, making it quite fascinating to read. The page is hard to copy, so follow the link, and the part about Nic is about halfway down. Good pics, and supposedly streaming sound, but it wouldn't work for me. This is very cool Lady True...especially serendipitous after our convo here yesterday! Marvelous! It does give me a bit of over analysis anxiety ( i know it's contradictory...i go to a certain point then stop cos I don't want to ruin my experience of being submerged in the movie ) but isn't it nice to see Nic's acting written about in this way. And ooh....inspired much by the idea of mixing naturalistic with non naturalistic within one character....Nic does that alot. Nice also to see Jim Carrey getting a humungas mention.... But Mr article writing person... please don't strip it to the bare bones and give away all their secrets... i need to remain in magic! (so i skim read it ) __________________

I like nice, clear academic writing, so thanks for that! :) Although, as you guys are probably aware, it's not road runner on H.I.'s arm, it's the thrush muffler bird! :D __________________
