White Fay told me in another thread that Nic has co-written at least two songs with his old friend Phil Roy. One is called Melt. ****BIG SIGH*** This is one of my all time fav pics of Nic........... Here I go again, with another story of mine to tell. I have a girlfriend who tried for years to get a magazine off the ground. She had named the magazine Renassaince Woman. She and I both had a thing for Nic and the two of us decided that her first feature on a celebrity man should be Nicolas and that the title for the article should be..... Renassaince Man! At one point, I actually flew to NYC for a cover shoot since she wanted the magazine to appeal to women from the early 20's to the 50's or 60's and she had five normal women, including me, photographed for a mock cover of the magazine. Sadly, she never got the funding she needed to put her magazine on the newstand....... __________________ "Love one another but make not a bond of love. Hey, that is a serendipitous story! Too bad about the magazine, sounds like it would have been exciting. He is that, isn't he? So many aspects to him. __________________

Such a wonderful picture...the only thing that has always confused me is the eyes,they seem to be brown..or is it just me?
Is this pic from the same photoshoot?

Oh my word. I do love these...because I love Nic's creative impetus expressed! thank you for reminding us of them Lady Trueheart and posting them here in our Nic Music room, worthy of a the top space in our music collection! I love the concept for your friend's magazine White Fay! I'm really sorry that didn't come to fruition...it would have been amazing! Nic often wears colour contacts for different roles and looks Voodoo child...I might be wrong but I guess that's why his eyes appear differently at times. Lol, the main thing that differentiated my ex boyfriend, who looked very much like Nic, was the eye colour. His were dark brown..so this pic has a staggering affect on me..! __________________

It says at imdb that the song Ridiculous is on the Leaving Las Vegas soundtrack with Nic as the performer. I never noticed that in the movie, I've seen it twice. Anyone noticed that before. __________________

It's on the credits too Lady Trueheart, but I've never noticed it in the film either! The only song I remember Nic singing in Leaving Las Vegas is this one! I may have dreamt this but I think when Nic was preparing for Leaving Las Vegas he and Phil Roy travelled across Island and wrote the song then? "You turn me on, berrum. you turn me on, berrum, you're not to tall, you're not to short, you're not too round, your like a cat, the cat in the hat..." __________________
